• Machine is logically controlled and protected by PLC, and the value is set by touch screen;
• Magnetic powder brake and tension sensor control system in unwinder; hydraulic pressure lifter and shaftlss cone holder to charge/discharge web roll;
• Unwinder with error correct photoelectricity regulator;
• Main traction and rewinder with vector frequency conversion motor control;
• Use a set of AC vector motor and two magnetic powder clutch to control rewinder ;pneumatic shaft hold web roll;
• Counter meter , counter speed, and unwinder tension,rewinder dia set and display; rewinder dia. automatic counter and display.
