Coating Machine Main features
• Machine is logically controlled and protected by PLC, and the value is set by touch screen;
• 4 parts tension automatic control;
• 5 parts Up-opened oven;
• Double water cooling rollers traction before rewinder; the driver is AC frequency conversion;
• Pneumatic doctor blade,horizontal sliding;
• One station unwinder/rewinder holder ,pneumatic shaft discharge and hydraulic pressure to charge/discharge web roll. Air brake control unwinder tension;
• Unwinder with EPC edge guide device;
• Use AC vector motor driver for rewinder, offset rewinder and control rewinder tension tape and keep the web in order;
• Rewinder and outlet of oven with EPC error correct;
• Heat source: hot oil, electricity,vapour,hot oil,gas,ect.
