LGF-F Series Dry-Lamination Machine

Main Structure Character of Dry-Lamination Machine:
Unwind and Rewind: Cantilever turret whirling stand with double arm & double station. Automatic web roll exchange with cutting blade, setting with unwinder EPC device.
Coating: Gravure coating, pneumatic doctor blade device.

Dryer: High efficiency and thermostatically, sub-pressure designed dryer in three sections, with high air volume and air velocity, drying in lower temperature.
The advantages of the dry-lamination machine are fast, energy-saving, high fusion strength, good conductivity, no spark, and near-cold processing.
Lamination: Three-roll lamination device, keep pressure well-distributed.
Control: Machine is logically controlled and protected by PLC,closed loop tension control in four sections, all drive system used U-type Synchronous belt,less noise.
