2. Lubrication status of relevant parts of gravure printing machine. First of all, it is possible to check whether the oil path of the machine is unblocked by the oil mark. If the oil mark is oil-free or the oil mark is unclear, the production should be stopped urgently. Check whether the oil path is leaking.
Although the machine’s oil spill is simple to see, it is difficult to find the underlying factors. For machines such as sliding bearings, low speed is not conducive to lubrication, especially for jogging or low speed operation. Therefore, before performing such operations, it is best to first idling the machine to refuel, which is also a primary job that should be done before going to the machine every day. Some equipment’s oil pump is driven by the main engine, so when the point is reversed, the oil circuit can not only add fuel, but will suck the oil from the oil circuit back to the fuel tank. This is very dangerous, so the anti-point should be prevented. Lubrication of some of the more important parts can also be checked by the temperature of the adjacent metal. If the temperature is too high, the lubrication is unqualified.
3. Impact during the operation of the gravure printing press. The smaller the impact during machine operation, the better the printing and the longer the life of the machine. Reducing the printing pressure (in a broad sense of pressure) is one of the main conditions for ensuring smooth operation of the machine. Under the condition of ensuring the quality of the printed product, the printing pressure is as small as possible. Reducing the speed of the machine is another major condition for reducing the moment of inertia of the machine. The lower the speed of the machine, the smaller the moment of inertia of the machine, so do not keep the machine at high speed.
