LGF-F high-speed dry compound machine is suitable for laminating two or more layers of various plastic film, paper, aluminum foil and other roll shaped materials.
The feeding frame and the receiving frame of the machine adopt independent double arm double station tower type rotary frame. It is also equipped with double photoelectric automatic tracking and correction system, ultrasonic correction system, PLC automatic tension control system, oven hot air circulation system, pneumatic open oven and other characteristics. The machine has the characteristics of fast compound speed, low noise, low energy consumption, and small air pollution.
1. LGF-F high-speed dry compound machine adopts German Siemens PLC programmable control system, and the tension of the whole machine is automatically controlled by PLC.
2. The human-computer operation interface of Taiwan Wellen color touch screen, and the centralized display and control of various parameters such as working status, speed, tension, etc.
3. Double frequency conversion or four frequency conversion control system can be selected, and Japanese Yaskawa frequency converter shall be used.
4. The first unwinding, the second unwinding and the winding are all independent double arm double station tower type rotary frames.
5. The first unwinding, the second unwinding and the winding shaft are all air expansion shafts.
6. The first unwinding is installed with a dual photoelectric computer deviation correction system, and the outlet of the oven is installed with an ultrasonic deviation correction system.
7. A low friction pneumatic floating roller is installed at the inlet of the oven, and the film tension of the oven section is fully automatically controlled by PLC.
8. The anilox roll is glued, and the scraper blade imported from Switzerland is responsible for the left and right swing of the tool holder by a separate motor.
9. The internal heat transfer oil of the composite heat roll is heated with uniform temperature and power saving.
10. The gluing pressure roller and composite pressure roller are pneumatically pressurized, and the pressure is adjustable.
11. The total length of the oven is 8 meters. It is a pneumatic open oven, with the internal guide rollers arranged in arch shape and driven by the belt. The side of the oven is equipped with walkways and guard rails.
12. The oven is divided into four independent temperature control areas, with an external electric heating system. The temperature of each section can be adjusted separately.
13. The interior of the oven is a hot air circulation structure. The inner liner is made of 304 stainless steel. The hot air is recycled to save energy.
14. A front exhaust hood is installed at the inlet of the oven to discharge the high concentration gas volatilized at the initial stage.
15. All aluminum guide rollers are subject to high hardening treatment and dynamic balance treatment.
