Rewind: Cantilever turret whirling stand with double arm & double station.Fly knife cutting，Surface winding , rewinding with constant tension.Be driven by Synchronous belt with less noise.
Coating: Gravure coating. Coating roll driven by separated motor, reset after starting. High-speed coating machine is suitable for shoe materials, electronics industry, sponge, EVA, PE, cloth, etc.
Dryer: High efficiency and thermostatically, sub-pressure designed dryer in six sections, with high air volume and air velocity, drying in lower temperature.
Lamination: Three-roll lamination device, keep pressure well-distributed.S-type double cooling roll.
Control: Machine is logically controlled and protected by PLC, closed-loop tension control in four sections, all drive system used U-type Synchronous belt, less noise.
