OPP film dry lamination machine integrates light, electricity and gas. The dry lamination machine has the features of reasonable design, compact structure, high automation, reliable quality, high output and easy operation. The oven adopts segmented constant temperature hot air drying, and the inner guide roller is connected with the main machine. The coating method is direct mesh roller coating and dry lamination. The heating methods are electric, heat-conducting oil, steam and hot air heater. The length of dryer tunnel is 8m, 10m, 12m and 15m. The vector motor drive of the dry laminator is Japanese AC vector frequency converter; double closed-loop control system; PLC system centralized control; 10-axis vector conversion drive; PLC system control; color touch screen with human-machine interface to monitor the whole state of the machine.
1. The dry lamination machine adopts PLC programmable control system, with PLC for fully automatic tension control.
2. Taiwan Weinview color touch screen man-machine interface operation, centralized display and control of working status, speed, tension and other parameters.
3. The one-key start/stop design realizes the linkage control of blower, heating, gluing, laminating pressure roller, tension switch, main motor start/stop, etc. without one-key start/stop.
4. Drag motor (double inverter) or three motor (triple inverter) control system optional, Japan Yaskawa inverter.
5. Air expansion shaft for first unwinding, second unwinding and rewinding.
6. Double photoelectric computer electric control system is installed at the first unwinding, and ultrasonic electric control system is installed at the outlet of the oven.
7. Low-friction pneumatic floating rollers are installed at the entrance of the oven, and PLC automatic tension control is adopted in the oven.
8. Anilox roller coating, squeegee from Switzerland, independent motor is responsible for the horizontal movement of the knife frame.
9. The laminating hot roller is heated by heat-conducting oil inside, which has the characteristics of uniform temperature and power saving.
10. The laminating roller and the film laminating roller adopt pneumatic pressure, and the pressure is adjustable.
