LYA-AL series rotogravure printing machine produced by Lida Machinery is used in aluminum foil. paper. plastic film etc. The mechanical speed of the rotogravure printing equipment can reach 250 m/min.
UNWIND AND REWIND: Cantilever turret disk-type whirling stand with double arm & double station, web material rolled with air shaft with safety chuck. Automatic web roll exchange with horizontal cutting device in obverse or reverse direction, rewinding with pressure roller.
PRINTING: Horizontal & vertical register system, also with preregister and vertical impressing mechanism. High precision and less waste. Doctor blade plays with double-axis, quick-changing, drive by independent motor. Ink is passed by ink transfer roll. The last unit with double-side dry oven can be reverse and obverse printing, which is drove by independent motor.
DRYER: Low consumption oven with high air volume and pressure, multi-return and whirlwind distributed.
Guide roller: Low torque and high precision guide roller with shaft. Aluminum alloy roller with surface hard oxidation treatment.
CONTROL: Rotogravure printing machine is logically controlled by PLC, 9 sets of AC vector motor tension control. Main components are famous brand.
